Bokeh

I was having trouble finding what object to take pictures of so I walked around my house and found this candle with a nice looking cover, and a pair of sun glasses that i got from Zumies. I tried some other objects as well but this had the overall best outcome. The setting never changed in this shoot because it was in an environment where the lighting was controlled.

At first I didn't have the lights spaced out correctly so I had to do a little bit of trial and error to get them properly spaced.

When I was hanging the lights up to start the shoot, i realized that i had no thumb tacks. To work around the problem, i took some coat hangers and attached them to the lights to weigh one side down when I draped them on the blanket hanging on my wall.

I realized that leaving the lights the same in all of my pictures would be really boring so i moved them to the floor and went for a top down perspective. The lights on the floor later gave me an idea of what to do with the glasses

I took one of my bed sheets and laid it out on the ground, while also bunching up the Christmas lights in the back ground.

For the shoot with the glasses i felt pretty limited in what i could do other than in editing and lighting position.
