In my first shoot, I started off being unable to catch an actual droplet and not the splash.
In order to remedy that situation I simply increased the speed of the droplets and made sure that my shutter speed was at an appropriate setting.

Anytime that i adjusted the rate of the water, the nozzle would shift without me noticing and i would get a few photos of the droplets being way to far to the left or right and not in the center.

This is the shoot that I feel yielded the most fruit because of how well the colours fit in with each other and the clarity of the droplets.

For this picture and the remaining ones as well, I played around with the hue, saturation, and luminance sliders in light room to see how the coulours would react.
